Shipping Information

Processing Time:
Our processing time depends on the type of item you order:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed within 3–5 business days

  • Custom/Personalised Items: Processed within 10–15 business days

Please note that processing times do not include delivery time.

Shipping Times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • International Delivery: 10–15 business days (varies by location)

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Customs & Duties (International Orders):
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return under the following terms:

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted for all non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. 

  • Custom, engraved, or personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Process:

  1. Submit your return via our returns page 

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us via our contact page within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritise resolving the issue promptly.
